What kinds of products do you offer online?

Our online store features a selection of gourmet goods, homewares, truffle-inspired pantry items, and seasonal gift hampers—many inspired by life on the farm.

Do you ship across Australia?

We ship to most metro and regional areas within Australia. Due to logistics, we may be unable to deliver to some remote locations. If you're unsure, feel free to get in touch before placing your order.

Can I buy fresh truffles online?

At this time, we do not ship fresh truffles. Fresh truffles are available in person during truffle season, either through our restaurant or as part of our on-farm experiences.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes! You can add a personalised gift message at checkout, and we’ll include it with your delivery. It’s a thoughtful touch for any occasion.

Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?

All orders are carefully packed using eco-conscious materials. While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, many of our items are beautifully packaged and perfect for gifting.

Can I pick up my order from the farm?

Yes, we offer local pickup from Beltana Farm. Simply select the pickup option at checkout, and we’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect. You’re also welcome to visit us during opening hours to browse and shop in person.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be used in our online store. They’re valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and make a lovely gift when you’re not sure what to choose.
